We are sad to announce that, on September 1, 2022, Bertha (Medoff) Kahansky (Montréal, Québec) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald; her son Barry Faigan; her brother Irving (Ozzie); and her siblings-in-law, Berel Pedvis and Gerry Baizer.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl, Matthew Schutz, Philip, Mai Kahansky, Karen Kahansky and Guy Carione; her grandchildren, Marna, Erin, Avi, Erika, Jenna and Kianna; her sister Mary Medoff; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce and Gloria. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Shiva at the Steger Residence, 8th floor, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Donation's in Bertha's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
