He was predeceased by: his wife Carole Miller; his parents, Mary Halickman and Isadore Halickman; and his sister Isobel (Morty Goodman). He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey, Janie (Paul Fischlin) and Kathi; his grandchildren, Jackson, Ashley, Rachel, Max, Joshua, Emily and Lee; his great grandchildren, Mischa, Rafael, Romy and Grant; his siblings, Henny (Bunny Sternklar), Fred (Rena Halickman) and Michael (Elaine Halickman); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley-Ann, Peter Lewis, Robert Miller, Norman and Vilma Miller. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
