He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Miller and Douglas Miller; and his sister Cynthia. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Oakes Malin; his daughters, Erica (Jill) and Caroline; his stepchildren, Blake, Sharon, Spencer and Vassilia; his granddaughters, Ivy and Liv; and his siblings-in-law, Stephen, Lora, Colleen, Lou, Michael and Susan.
