She is survived by: her husband Edward Norman MacKay; her children, Ann Marsters (David), Brian MacKay (Maysa), Heather Lariviere (Ray) and Sandra Jean MacKay (Paul); and her grandchildren, Peter (Lacey), Karl (Catherine), Katherine Marsters (Danny), Sarah Shanahan (Brendan), Rebecca (Tony), Hannah (Aaron) and Max Lariviere.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Kay's palliative care provider, VHA Home Care Services.
