She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Smith and Mildred Smith; and her husband Gilbert Leroy Simmons. She is survived by: her sons, Greig (Antonia) and Rawle (Penny); her sisters, Valerie (Kenneth), Janice, Arlene and Rosalind; and her grandchildren, Noah, Olivia, Lucas and Evan.
