She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Freeman; her brother Arnold Lenet (Phyllis Levine-Lenet); and her siblings-in-law, Janet, Max Frieman, Sybil and Barney Shorr.
She is survived by: her sons, Lorne (Alexandra) and Ron (Luke); her siblings, Hector (Irene Lenet), Ruby (Edward Heft) and Claire (Lawrence Bordoff); and her sister-in-law Freda Wingrad. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Paperman and Sons (3888 Rue Jean-Talon O, Montréal, QC H3R2G8). A burial was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025. For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
