He was predeceased by: his spouse Helaine Shulkin; his parents, Sam Fagen and Doris Fagen; his sister Joyce; and his brother-in-law Morris Greenbaum.
He is survived by: his significant other Noma Zuskin; his child Randee Fagen; and his son-in-law Brian Shenker. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
