We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2025, at the age of 99, Edith (Moldovan) Katz (Montréal, Québec) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Aladar (Ali); her parents, Moritz Moldovan and Rose Moldovan; her sister Eva; and her brother-in-law Nicholas Stastny (Nandi).

She is survived by: her child Ilana; her child-in-law Brahm Shiller; her grandchildren, Aviva Shiller (Guillaume Lamoureux), Adam Shiller (Clara Danton) and Arielle Shiller (David Wilson); her great grandchildren, Emanuel, Noam Lamoureaux, Eleonore Danton Shiller and James Wilson; her brother Tibor; her niece Vera Markowitz (late Harold); and her caregiver Iren Kocsis.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Funeral Services Marilyn Goodman.
