With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elio Forlini (Montréal, Québec), who passed away on May 1, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Vincenza Mancini; his sons, Giovanni (Chantal) and Walter (Sonia); his grandson Bruno (Johanne); and his caregivers, Dr. Michael Chetrit, Lélia Holden, Verdun, Julie Casavecchia, Khady Kébé and Guylaine Marcoux. He was also cherished by many relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the MUHC Foundation and the Montreal Chest Institute would be appreciated.
