With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ellen Scanlan (Montréal, Québec), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ellen left this world on January 16, 2026 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Lawrence (late Elizabeth); her father Joseph Desmond; and her sister Johanna (late Tony). She is survived by: her sibling's children, Sean Matthew (Patty), Padraic Xavier (Catherine), Tony (Caroline) and Joanne; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicolas, Rafe, Deirdre, Nyah and Moira.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Malachy Parish Catholic Church (5330 Av. Clanranald, Montréal, QC H3X2S6).
