She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Steinhart; her stepchildren, Phillip, Brenda and Sorin Gluck of Toronto; and her parents, Julius Rost and Ernestine Rost.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Sheila Lackman; her grandchildren, Jodi, Felice Lackman, Barbara, Rebecca and David Gluck; her nephews, Mark, Earl and Brian Steinhart; and her caregivers, Tess, Nicole, Yolanda, Anne and Ellen.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Paperman and Sons (3888 Rue Jean-Talon O, Montréal, QC H3R2G8). For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
