He is survived by: his spouse Pasquina; his children, Anna (Joe), Alberto (Florentina) and Claudio (Marla); his grandchildren, Anthony (Vanessa), Melissa (Massimo), Celina, Emilio and Giada; his great grandchildren, Giuseppe, Luigi, Briella and Francesco; his brother Marino; and his brother-in-law Giuseppe (Antonietta). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral Home (1255 Av. Beaumont, Mont-Royal, QC H3P0A1). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Madonna Della Difesa Church (6800 Av. Henri-Julien, Montréal, QC H2S2V4). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 at the Neiges Cemetery.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Emilio Stabile on January 1, 2026, at the age of 88, after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease.
