He was predeceased by: his brother Avrum (Avy); his parents, Maurice Furt and Gertrude Furt; and his parents-in-law, Leonard and Louise Berger.

He is survived by: his spouse Allison Berger; his children, Melyssa Furt (Stephen Sugumar), William Furt (Kaylee Miller) and Jessica Furt (Michael Elhachem); and his siblings-in-law, Brian Berger, Franca Alfano, Craig Berger and Celine Afriat.

A funeral service was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM. For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
