She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Polisuk; her father Louis; and her siblings-in-law, Valerie Fox and Sam Polisuk. She is survived by: her children-in-law, Michael, Maya, Richard and Alena; her grandchildren, Joshua, Lauren, Laura, Edun, Ariella, David and Sarah; her brother Alvin; and her grandchild Montreal. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
