We are sad to announce that, on December 30, 2023, Fay Olwen (Smith) Howard (Montréal, Québec) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Smith and Hyacinth Smith; and her grandson Asher. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Earle; her sons, Philip (Haden), David (Sophia) and Adam (Cheryl); her sister Hilma (Ian); her grandchildren, Adrian (Dian), Aleah and Lauren; her stepson Jerry; and her niece Debra. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in law, cousins, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Red Blood Cell Disorders Clinic, through UHN Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
