She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry Berns; her parents, Max Perlman and Zelda Perlman; her siblings, Ernie (Norma Perlman), Fred (Marilyn Perlman) and Lionel (Sylvia Berstein); and her nieces and nephews, Robert, Charles, Carolee, Lawrence, Barbara, Nancy, Michael, Jimmy, Joel, Carol and Sharon.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Murray Teller; her sibling Lynn (Philip Perlman); and her nieces and nephews, Alvin, Susan, Steve (late Jules), Danny, Julie, Gordon, Cindy, Ellen, Norman and Anette. She is also survived by her family, friends.
