She was predeceased by: her parents, Manny Merovitch and Billie Merovitch; her parents-in-law, Abe and Ruth Kalman; her siblings-in-law, Barry Chicoine and Marilyn Kalman; and her cousins, Faye and Dave.

She is survived by: her husband Ken; her daughters, Jennifer and Stephanie (Jonathan); her sister Rhoda; her siblings-in-law, Douglas, Joanne Kalman and Fred Renk; her sibling's children, Jonathan, Kathleen and Joshua; her cousins, Rhona, Syd, Helaine, Marvin, Peter, Marla, Richard, Rhoda, Arnie, Judy, Meira and Ranaan; her grandchildren, Megan and Jadyn; Ron.

Frances loved to read, often completing 30 books in a month, loved to travel and she and Ken completed more than 40 cruises, to Europe, Israel, Alaska, and the Caribbean, and were sad Covid prevented future cruises.
