It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Glorieux (Montréal, Québec), who passed away on June 2, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Glorieux (Serruys); his children, Stéphane (Josée Dupuis), Delphine (Mitchell Sullivan) and Mélanie (Jason Sullivan); and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Félix, Émile Glorieux, Jack, Léo and Rose Sullivan. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters in Belgium, all his cousins, godchildren and his in-laws.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mont-Royal Funeral Complex (1297 Chem. de la Forêt, Outremont, QC H2V2P9). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Expressions of sympathy may be expressed by a donation to the Canadian Society of Osteogenesis Imperfecta to the Dr. Francis Glorieux Research Scholarship (https://www.cois-scoi.ca.) as well as at the Shriners Hospital in Montreal (https://shrinerscanada.org).
