He was predeceased by: his parents, Liborio Iacono and Liberata Cammisano. He is survived by: his son Adamo; and his siblings, Liborio (Salvatrice) and Giovanna (Mario). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other family members and friends.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Complexe Funéraire Loreto (4975 Boulevard des Grandes-Prairies, Saint-Léonard, QC H1R1A5). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mont Carmel (7645 Rue du Mans, Saint-Léonard, QC H1S2A1). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at the Le Repos St. Francois D'Assise Cemetery (6893 R. Sherbrooke E, Montréal, QC H1N1C7).
