He was predeceased by: his parents, Abe Cohen and Bess Cohen; his parent-in-law Herky Levine; his sisters, Linda Cohen and Donna Cohen; and his sibling-in-law Frohm Stotland.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Levine; his children, Douglas Cohen and Jordan Cohen (Karleen Ami); his mother-in-law Betty; his sister-in-law Janice Levine; and his niece Renee Pervin. He is also survived by his cousins and many friends.
