He was predeceased by: his parents, Marija Tkalec (Krampac) and Stefan Tkalec; and his siblings, Stefan, Marija and Olga.
He is survived by: his wife Ana Gutsmandl; his children, Eddie (Monelle), Lydia (Peter) and Sonia (Mike); his grandchildren, Eric (Amanda), Brian (Alexandra), Daniel, Katerina and Brennen; his stepgrandson Alex; and his great grandchild Ria. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the St. Vladimir Parish or to Lung Cancer Canada.
