He was predeceased by: his spouse Gale Gluz; his parents, Bernard Aronovitch and Goldie Aronovitch; his parents-in-law, David and Riva Gluz; his son Joshua Aronovitch; his sister Hannah Aronovitch; and his brother-in-law Arnold Gluz.

He is survived by: his children, Dov Aronovitch (Erin Yas) and Aviva Aronovitch (John Tevlin); his brothers, Martin (Eileen Aronovitch) and Walter (Gina Aronovitch); his sister-in-law Eileen Haimovitz; and his siblings' children, Lori, Larry Sher, Richard, Jael Aronovitch, Blair Aronovitch, Danielle Aronovitch, Ilana Gluz and AJ Gluz.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Paperman and Sons (3888 Rue Jean-Talon O, Montréal, QC H3R2G8). For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
