She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Jamieson and Helen Jamieson (Stuart); her husband Ron Bertrand; and her daughter Elizabeth "Beth" Whitney. She is survived by: her sons, Daniel McNeil (Tricia) of Quispamsis and Stephen Whitney (Violet); her brother Stuart Jamieson (Martha) of Saint John; and her grandchildren, Mike, Brandon Parks, Meaghan, Peter, Katie Whitney and Jameson McNeil. She is also survived by many extended family members and good friends.

Donations to Saint John Regional Hospital Palliative care unit would be appreciated by the family.
