He is survived by: his children, Brian (Nancy), Michelle (Steven) and Elana; his stepchildren, Jeremy, Ann Marie, Lewis, Teri, Howard and Mandy; his siblings, Dorothy (Larry Rosenthal) and Fred (Charlene Burak); his siblings-in-law, Sandy, Clifford Taite, Mary and Neil Trevick; and his caregivers, Team, Joanne, Paula, Jill, Patrick Durivage, Elmo and Juvy. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends.
Contributions in his memory may be made to St. Raphael Palliative Day Centre.
