She is survived by: her husband Edward Burczak; her children, Isabella and Arthur; and her granddaughter Lucia.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Centre Funéraire Côte-Des-Neiges (4525 Chem. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3V1E7). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Czestochowa Catholic Church (2550 Av. Gascon, Montréal, QC H2K3A2).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cedars Cancer Foundation to support ovarian cancer research in Margaret's memory.
