For Mauro is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Nerina; his children, Moreno (Sandra) and Antonio; and his grandchildren, Simone and Alessandro.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Centre Funéraire Côte-Des-Neiges (4525 Chem. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3V1E7). Viewing was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Église Catholique Saint-Raymond-De-Pennafort (5765 Rue Saint-Jacques, Montréal, QC H4A2E8). A burial was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM at the Notre-Dame-Des-Neiges Cemetery (4601 Chem. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3V1E7).
