He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Faye Swift; his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Margaux; his grandchildren, Tyler Izzy, Sloan Andrew and Charlotte Monroe Swift-Brennan; his in-laws, Yetta and Swifty; his sister-in-law Ronda; his close friend Jim Wyant; his brother-in-law Dr. Arthur Swift; and his caregiver Eunice Garcia.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Paperman & Sons (3888 Rue Jean-Talon O, Montréal, QC H3R2G8). A shiva was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at the Le Luxor (6803 Rue Abraham de Sola, Côte Saint-Luc, QC H3X4B3).
