He was predeceased by: his son Mark Howard Bercovitch; and his siblings, Sarah, Annie, Minnie (Boris) and David (Flora).
He is survived by: his children, Joan Bercovitch (Ian Sadinsky), Samara (Richard Tilkin) and Stacey Tenenbaum (Sacha Jerabek). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
