She was predeceased by: her husband Mario Matta. She is survived by: her sons, Gino (Juana) and Tony (Nancy); her grandchildren, Erika and Jonathan; and her sister Domenica. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Résidences Funéraires Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Homes (5610 Rue Sherbrooke O, Montréal, QC H4A1W5). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St-Monica's Parish (6405 Rue de Terrebonne, Montréal, QC H4B). A committal service was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Notre-Dame-Des-Neiges Cemetery (4601 Chem. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3V1E7).
