He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Richman Rothenberg; his son Ian Rothenberg (Fred Rothenberg); his siblings, Jack (Lillian), Lottie Rottenberg (Louis Friedman) and Eleanor (Sam Herman); his siblings-in-law, Bob Burke and Evelyn Levine; and his parents, Elias Rottenberg and Riva Rottenberg.

He is survived by: his children, Lenny (Esther) and Howard Rothenberg; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Caleb and Adria; and his sister-in-law Anna. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, friends.
