He was predeceased by: his wife Joy Ballon; his sibling Sorel; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Young, Edward Ballon, Margot, David Nadien and Jonathan Ballon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Meyer (Charles Kellam), Linda Meyer and Sarah Meyer; his grandsons, Noah Meyer-Delouya and Daniel Meyer-Delouya; and his siblings-in-law, Basil, Ruth Ballon, Judy, Norman Levy and Heather. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
