He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Tuong Ly and Ky Phong Khon. He is survived by: his wife Duc Toan; his children, Joyce and Victor; his grandchildren, Francis, Brendan, Adrian, Ethan, Charles, Keenan, Melissa, Pham Ang (Ai Hong), Pham Cuong and Pin Tsung (Madeleine); and his sister-in-law Duc Pham Hang. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
