It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Fry of Montréal, Québec, born in Hearts Delight, Newfoundland, who passed away on July 18, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Brian Fry (Colleen); her siblings, Maxwell Sooley (Dorothy), Clarence Sooley and Viola "Audry" Sooley; her parents, Bertrum Sooley and Elizabeth Ann; and her siblings-in-law, Sheila Sooley and Harrison Fry.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Fry (Carolle), Tom Fry (Arlene), Diane Dawson (Michael) and Susan Manning (Ted); her brother Allan Sooley (Christine); her sister-in-law Henrietta Ellis (Frazer); her daughter-in-law Colleen; her grandchildren, Jessica Hammond (Dave), Nicole Dawson, Alexandria Reid (Samuel), Shawn Dawson, Michael Manning, Samantha Fry, Emily Manning and Taylor Scanlan (Ian); and her great grandchildren, Liam Reid, Ethan Hammond, Ariel Reid, Nicholas Hammond and Jack Scanlan.
Donations in Phyllis' name may be made to either the Tri-Cone.
