It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pietro Rainone (Montréal, Québec), who passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Maria Ciarciello Rainone; and his son Franco Rainone. He is survived by: his children, Giovanna, Sandro and Nadia (Giuseppe); his grandchildren, Matthew (Stephanie), Alexander (Erika), Juliano, Santino, Michele, Mario and Massimo; and his great grandchildren, Silya, Elia, Anna and Sophia. He is also survived by his siblings and many other nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex (10300 Bd Pie-IX, Montréal-Nord, QC H1H3Z1). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Complexe Funéraire Pieix (10300 Bd Pie-IX, Montréal-Nord, QC H1H3Z1).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be done to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
