He is survived by: his parents, Moshe Shak and Nomy Shak; his siblings, Ayelet Fredriksen (Yair Yaish), Danny Shak (Karen Bitton), Perry Shak (Ilana Galperin) and Aviv Shak; and his nephews, Erik (Lisa), Ethan (Sophie), Noah-Kai, Rowen, Jacky and Holden (Kate). He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
