She is survived by: her sister Thelma Fraser; her children, Carol-Ann (Scott Fraser), Sandra (Terrence Richard) and George (Sherry); her grandchildren, Melissa (Dan), Sarah (D. Andrew), Christine, Chantal (Leslie), Paul (Regan), Derek and David (Nicole); and her caregiver Jennifer.
Memorial donations in Ruth's name to Parkdale United Church or The Ottawa Mission would be greatly appreciated.
