He is survived by: his wife Maria G. Mungiovi D'Agostino; his children, Giacomo (Roxanne) and Joseph (Farhat); his grandchild Naïla Sophia; and his siblings, Maria and Antonino (Angela). He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and many other relatives and friends.
The family kindly requests no flowers. In their place, a donation in Salvatore's memory to the Make a Wish foundation would be appreciated.
