He is survived by: his wife Luisa Madia Lopez; his children, Caterina (Angelo), Vittoria and Claudia (Dario); his grandchildren, Maria-Luisa (Alexander), Carlo Dante Salvatore, Nina Mara (Lawrence), Sabrina (Dave), David and Marco; his great grandchild Adam; his brothers, Mario (Rosina) and Pietro (Caterina); and his sister-in-law Paola. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces as well as other relatives and friends.
