With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Salvatore Pulizzi (Montréal, Québec), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 16, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Salvatore farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Salvatore is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Antonietta Di Stefano; his children, Joe (Pina) and Claudia (Michael); and his grandchildren, Matteo, Gabriella, Giada and Bianca. He is also survived by his siblings and many other nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex (10300 Bd Pie-IX, Montréal-Nord, QC H1H3Z1). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Pompei Church (2875 Rue Sauvé E, Montréal, QC H2B1C6).
