He was predeceased by: his siblings, Leonard (Eileen Trager) and Beatrice (Oscar Stein); and his parents, Morris Trager and Ida Trager. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Gilbert; his children, Howard (Helene Trager), Sherri (Gerald Issenman) and Andrew (Alyson Trager); his grandchildren, Sam' of Bradley, Stacey Trager, Kelly Trager, Jon Amar, Valerie Maisonneuve, J. P. Berthiaume, Ryan Issenman, Katherine Issenman, Matt Fellner, Michael Issenman, Sydney and Shelby Trager; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Dani Amar, Jakob, Felix Berthiaume, Charlie and Lia Fellner; his sister Ethel (Jack Garfinkle); and his siblings-in-law, Erwin and Kathy Gilbert. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
