It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Ann Kennedy in Montréal, Québec, born in River Denys, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 25, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donnie Kennedy; her daughter Cathy (Jim Caron); her grandsons, Luke Brown, Mark Kennedy and Connor MacDonald; and her siblings, Archie (Sally), Martin (Irene), Michael (Roberta), Isabel, Mary, Cecilia, Irene and Marie (Brian).
She is survived by: her children, Terry (Clare Cameron), Donald (Betty Oicle), Sandy (Olla Stewart), Barb Brown (Wayne), Rose Roberts (Mike), Gerard (Tracy MacDonald) and Jackie (Donald MacDonald); her grandchildren, Josh, Matthew (Melissa), Nicholas Kennedy, Colin, Ryan (Sydney), Trina Kennedy, Jill Scammell (Dylan), Hannah, Madelyn (Zack), Thomas Roberts (Sophia), Bradley Kennedy (Emily), Christopher and Angus MacDonald; her great grandchildren, Rory and Charlotte Kennedy; her sisters, Margaret Wilson (late Lyle) and Anne Fougere; her son-in-law Jim Caron; and her siblings-in-law, Bernadette Hendricken, Jean Smith, Roberta, Irene Chisholm and Brian Wilkinson.
