He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Harris and Sam Harris; and his parents-in-law, Ruth and Hy Smiley. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smiley Harris; and his children, Alissa Harris (Jonathan Parker), Peter Horowitz (Megan Bochner) and Brian Harris (Andrea Szlamkowicz). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
