She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Stanislav Tkalec; her children, Terry (Keith) and Diane (Dan); her grandchildren, Mathew (France), Alexandra (Luke) and Morgan; and her great grandchildren, Sydney and Adrien. She was also cherished by her nephews, nieces, extended relatives and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. A. Guilbault Funeral Home Inc. (5359 Bd Saint-Michel, Montréal, QC H1Y 2C8). A prayer was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. Vladimir Slovenian Parish (3470 Bd Saint-Joseph E, Montréal, QC H1X1W6).
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Vladimir Slovenian Parish.
