With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vincenza (Bitetto) Proce (Montréal, Québec), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 15, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Donato Bitetto; her children, Rosa (Martino) and Nicola (Maria Teresa); her grandchildren, Marlina (Alex), Nicola, Olivia (Adriano) and Katrina; her great grandchildren, Giacomo, Bruno and Romolo Mattia; and her siblings, Oronzo and Giovanna. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Magnus Poirier Funeral Complex (10300 Bd Pie-IX, Montréal-Nord, QC H1H3Z1). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pompei Church (2875 Rue Sauvé E, Montréal, QC H2B1C6).
