She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Blanche Rancourt; her husband Guy Deschênes; her daughter Michelle; and her sister Denise. She was also cherished by her nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.

A reception was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mont-Royal Chapel of the Funeral Complex (1297 Chem. de la Forêt, Outremont, QC H2V2P9).
