He was predeceased by: his brother Mamdouh (Sonia). He is survived by: his wife France; his children, Anny (Taylor Hamilton), Hanny (Justine Timbro), Nancy (Vinay Mandy) and Mary; his granddaughters, Mélany, Stéphany Hamilton, Gabrielle and Claire Mandy; and his brothers, Momtaz (Nabila) and Mokhtar (Hoda). He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, and many nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Voluntas (4695 Boul. Saint-Jean, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9H2A7). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St-Peter and St-Paul Coptic Orthodox Church (1 Av. de l'Église, Pointe-Claire, QC H9S5J1).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Lakeshore Hospital Foundation, the MUHC Foundation, or St. Peter and St. Paul Coptic Orthodox Church.
