“Mike was a treasured friend. We grew up together spending time at Trout Lake, New York. He was a friend always ready to listen. We spent hours discussing all kinds of topics while we tubed around the lake or just sat together. His welcoming smile always made one feel at ease. Mike was very personable as he manned the radio station. He pursued an interest in social justice which speaks volumes about his care for people. My heart goes out to Sue and the family.”

“Those of us left of the Burley family will long remember Mike (and all the Biscott family). He was an integral part of our growing up years, and of shared family experiences and memories. I don't recall Mike ever being angry, and he often had a big smile. Remembered too was his love and passion for music, shared with others through his DJ positions. A memorable character, and gone way too soon. Our thoughts are with you.”
