She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin B. Jacobs Q. C.; and her siblings, Dick, Betty McGuire, Evelyn, Morris Lobel, Gerald and Fritzie Rose.
She is survived by: her children, Warren (Harriet) and Donna (Steve); her grandchildren, Shawn, Kim, Mitch, Jamie, Adam, Tracy and Mike; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Jules of Valerie, MJ, Olivia, Lucas, Emerson, Wyatt and Max; and her caregivers, Tessa, Lisa, Vianca and Sheeny.
