She was predeceased by: her husband Marcus Rainsford; her daughter Margaret; her parents, James Curry and Isobel Lester Giles (Curry); and her siblings, James Giles (Ruth) and Marjorie Bastow (Stewart).
She is survived by: her children, Paul, Thomas (Carol Schwarz), John (Lisa Brown) and Katherine; her sister Eugenie Badcock; her grandchildren, David, Marianne, Nelson, Adam, Annabelle, Matthew, Jonathan and Lauren; her great grandchildren, William, Charles, Noah and Paul; her cousin Robbie Hicks; and her son-in-law Jerome Ouellet.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Paul's Anglican Church (321 Rue Empire, Greenfield Park, QC J4V1V4). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations be made to The Canadian Cancer Society, Alongside Hope or a charity of your choice.
