She is survived by: her parent Dick Campbell of New Waterford; her brother Jerome (Tina) of Sydney; her sibling's children, Jenet Campbell of Halifax, Janelle Osborne (Jeff) of Sydney and Logan; Nora Campbell (Miller) of New Waterford.
Noreen was no lover of flowers so in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SPCA Cape Breton or Arthritis Society of Canada.
